Is there a follow-up to this?

We are experiencing the same error, 8.5.3 64-bit. Opening a view via the web using ?openview&count=-1 results in the Out of Memory error. Narrowing down the results using the count parameter works.

How do we follow-up on this to see what's being done or if there is a fix available?
